a second learning

A few years back I was facing a fairly major surgery. Preparing for it gave me time to reflect – and having been around some six decades, there was no shortage of things to ponder. While the time was stressful, it was also a time of some profound insights…. ones that came from having spent time reflecting on the experiences of my life.

I wrote down those thoughts.  I am not much of a writer – and in no way consider myself the least bit poetic.  But nevertheless I looked over those notes and penned my thoughts.

Yesterday I shared that my first learning from transiting this pandemic tunnel was to appreciate the little things in life.  The second learning is probably better described by what I had discovered some years back, when I wrote down those thoughts.

You can find that learning [here].
